Aluportergroup, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, under normal conditions and use, each boat to be free from faulty workmanship and materials for the following warranty periods:

– ‘Bare Hull’ (meaning bare hull only with no parts or fittings) for a period of Three (3) years for recreational use and One (1) year for commercial use from date of delivery.

During the above warranty periods, any authorised repairs (authorised in writing by Aluportergroup, Inc.), will be completed free of charge at the Aluportergroup atelier. To obtain the benefit of the warranty the purchaser must return the boat to its place of purchase. Delivery costs to and from the Aluportergroup, Inc. factory is the responsibility of the purchaser.

EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WARRANTY – THIS WARRANTY SHALL BECOME VOID IF:

  • Any boat that has been altered or repaired in any way. This voidance of warranty includes the fitting and gluing of carpets and linings.
  • Damage resulting from motors and accessories being installed or fitted incorrectly.
  • Any boat that is not loaded or powered within the recommendations listed on this website.
  • Any boat that has been subject to an accident, misuse or negligent use.
  • Any boat used for racing or operated outside of normal recreational use.

ALUPORTERGROUP, INC. ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FOLLOWING, WHICH ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY:

  • Maintenance or expected wear and tear through normal use.
  • Aluportergroup, Inc. will not be liable for any other special or consequential damages or costs of any kind or nature.
  • Damage to upholstery by tears, rips, solvents or punctures.
  • Damage to paint or coatings.
  • Operating outside design limitations.
  • Use of a motor which has more power or weight than recommended on the compliance plate attached to the boat.
  • Improper trailer fitup (eg. Incorrect tie down of boat to trailer, no engine support bracket and off road use).
  • Load of a boat by a number of persons exceeding the recommendation.
  • Any alterations/modifications to the boat once it has left the Aluportergroup factory will void any/all remaining warranty.
  • The trailer and its’ associated parts are not covered by this warranty or Aluportergroup Inc.

COMMERCIAL USE

  • Due to the variance in usage and conditions which may be experienced, the Purchaser must be satisfied the intended boat is suited for commercial applications.
  • This warranty does cover boats which are in use for a commercial purpose for One (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • The blueprint of the boat manufactured by the company is registered but this registration does not include commercial usage rights. Registration for commercial purpose falls under the responsibility of the Purchaser.

EXCLUSION OF FURTHER WARRANTIES

Except as stated in this document, no warranty express or implied is given by the company except any warranty which is implied by law.
